I've tried the restraining order before, the judge denied it because we didn't have a child in common and for the fact she never actually caused me any harm. She comes in work and says stuff like "I heard you had sex with *insert name here*, I thought you said you didn't like them when we dated." I called her fat and so she went and got on fat people pills and told me they make her heart hurt and that was okay because she wanted to die if I wouldn't go back out with her. She has offered me four wheelers, just as a quick example, as incentives to go back out with her.....I AM IN NO WAY LEADING THIS GIRL ON, I am as straight forward in telling her I hate her and want her to go kill herself as I could be.

Nice. Well, you could always argue in court that her coming to your work is harming your professional reputation (depending on your work) and may result in you losing your job, but that would only work for your job.

Someone made a very good point to me once: the opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference. Since she still gets a rise out of you, she's thinking she still has a chance. Since you've tried about everything else and she has failed to get the message, just ignore her - she's not even there, you don't hear or see her, etc. It'll be tough to do that maybe, but after awhile when her tactics don't get you riled any more, she'll get whiny ("why won't you talk to me") in an effort to get you to respond. Eventually, since you won't "play right" with her, she'll go away.

file charges for stalking and harassment. i had to do that last month. it was a sorta similar situation, i wouldn't date him, he stalked and threatened me, etc. i warned him just like you warned her and he didn't get the idea. but when the cops drag you into the station at 230 am and tell you you're facing charges, most normal people take a hint and fuck off. so i say definetely file charges for stalking and harassment. if she continues the stalking after being charged with it, at least in WI it's considered a felony i was told by an officer they would face jailtime. best of luck getting her to leave you alone.

Seriously harrassment ain't no joke, and the judge denying the protectionorder is stupid. Then again those order of protections mean jack, since so many woman get killed (and some guys I might add) with a protection order.

I say run her over.

Or start writing to a whole bunch of horny men in prison that are about to get out on her behalf. Say in the letter, I want you papi, I want you bad, I can't wait till you get out. Just make sure it has her return address an a pic.

Her parents are well off, but I couldn't stand her for the money. They make well over 100k a year but it's just not worth it. She's had a few boyfriends too, she would bring them with her to my work and would tell her friends that I work with that she was just trying to make me jealous. I've tried to ignore her and it doesn't work. When I was in college she would follow me from building to building being an ass. I would be with my friends and she would follow us and when we would set down to eat or something she would always set at the next table beside ours. She would keep trying to talk to me and I would ignore her and my friends would tell her to shut the hell up. Her response was "If he can screw me for a year and a half, he can talk to me now!" Everyone hates her....

Depending on what sort of place you work at, can't you get her banned from stepping foot on their? Like in some places, you cause a fight and can get banned for up to 2 years. Maybe get someone to start a fight with her and get her banned.
