ragt20 I have just discovered that Remus make a back box for our cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Getting some prices as we speak.

I think this is the Remus back box on this Primera, it has a TwinER 92x78mm tailpipes.

Neil, I will be using the Eibach lowering springs, drop of 30-35 mm....
I'll be sticking with stock dampers for the time being as they R virutally new, car is only 3yrs old and has only just done 19k miles......let me know how U get on with the Remus backbox prices....but I prefer the Oval tail that comes with the Supersprint......I thought you were looking for Sebring at one stage......ps don't Magnex do a stainless steel system for this car....or is it toooo loud......

Neil, I just checked with Elite who are main dealers of REMUS in this country......they said Remus do a Single squared oval 92x78 for the P11GT.....and for the non GTs the TwinER 92x78 again squared oval....
their price for the P11gt one was £190 inc vat and delivery.......
I think I may stick with Supersprint.......

Sorry for not replying to this topic earlier Neil - I've been on a training course this week and haven't really had access to the 'net.

I've heard good things about the Supersprint exhausts from people in the BMW community, but I haven't heard any comments or seen any dyno graphs for the Primera backbox.

To the best of my knowledge, the fitment for the GT and non-GT backboxes is the same, although if Kevin (P11GT) would be kind enough to bring his stock backbox to York on Sunday, I'll confirm this for you.

Assuming the fitment is the same, you'd be better off getting the GT backbox, as this will be "tuned" for a higher power level than the standard 2.0i one.

Hope this helps you out

Elite (01708 525577)......I go along with Anthony I don't think there is any difference between the Gt and none gt backboxes, in respect to fitting......its a bit difficult to take picks of my stock backbox but after having a good look at it.....I can say that the Supersprint 9030805 for the GT is virtually identical to my stock in fitting.......
as U can see from the pics of the 2 bacboxes from SSprint, there is hardly any difference in fittings.....

for P11 GT 930805
