You guys have any clue where i could pick one up at, I was looking at going to the salvage yard and snatching one off a caprice there.

Silicon212 was right on target. Those 1T1 hoses were offered as a police option (but most 9c1 cars, to my knowledge, came with them) in 1989 and 1990, and these became standard 9c1 equipment for 1991-1996. They are 100% Silicone hoses (hense the green color) which are good for the life of the vehicle. No joke, sometimes they get discolored or loose their color with age, but I have owned/operated three Caprice 9c1s and I've have never had one fail/need replacement.

learned something new also i didnt know they ever put any kind of restriction like that in a heater core hose interesting did the waterpumps really put THAT much pressure/volume out or what ? i dont understand why its needed ? hmm good luck
