Why do people do this?!

Why do people put shitty rims on the front when they have a set of nice rims on the back?! Are they just too poor, or really tasteless?

Guy probably races, the extra steelies help on launch because of the larger profile and less torque is required to turn the smaller rim. But I agree, way too many people do it for style rather than purpose.

See, I just don't get that. I understand the part about racing, but when I race, I pull my whole set of rims and put on my Konig Tuners, and when I'm done, I put my Focal F10's back on.

yeah, but you have two sets of rims to work with. I Agree, maybe he should put all the stocks on, but maybe he is just to lazy, so he just swaps the fronts.

there is the racing reason. but i do it for another reason. i live 80 miles from another big city. sometimes it's a last minute when i decide to go. raise up the front a turn, stick the "road trip" rims up front, and i'm good to go. rock chips and tire wear on the front rims drive me nuts. as soon as i get back i throw the enkeis back on, slam it, and get an allignment.

Doesent look like I can go to the pick and pull half off sale, its just as well though, they never have any good cars, I doubt even the san jose one would. I hella wanted to get some seats and either a 92-95 civic console or an integra console, man that would have been sweet. I still might get a 92-95 console at a later date, its like what we have but its got cup holders near the front which is cool.

Ok, I figured out why people do ricey shit. We are all copying lawnmowers!!! Check this out

Look, 8 Hood Scoops. Look how low this thing is to the ground. And it must be the DX of lawnmowers, because its got the black front lip.

Check this out, a red primer button. Thats like 15 hp right there!!
