no they did not come as light bars.. I had to put 2 LED's in each end of a drinking straw.. clear or white works.. and it will look like a light bar

Took the "fake plastic billit" grill out of the front bumper.. so it exposed what was behind it ( neons) so behind that I put a intercooler I found in another 1:18th scale diecast car.. LMKWYT.. btw.. thoes pee green neons are only temporary untill I get some either super bright green, or superbright blue, and ultra violet... Well peace out
