It's 4"...lol...and it apears that your just a more honest person. Besides they couldn't put it on a lift-so it look about 6 hours to do. (I will though give you points for the ex-comment ) So, do you own your won shop or do you just do work on the side? You have me curious.

ANYONE that operates a lift knows how to get lowered cars on them. Heck, my own SRT4 doesn't fit on a conventional lift but a few 2x6" pieces of wood fixes that problem.

Yes, I own and operate my own shop. Mostly I do dealership work. So, say if you want to buy a new car and you want remote start, I'm the guy they contact to do it.

I was just at a Dodge dealer yesterday installing power door locks and keyless entry. I hate doing the newer NEONs. There's not too much room in inside the doors.

Nope sorry. I was gonna do something but decided not to and just to keep my overhead down. It's not really worth it since I mainly wholesale stuff.

so whats under the hood that you are talking about? and how did you get a first gen to drop 4in? there are bump stops under your car that stop it at like 2.5. unless you have ebay coilovers and your just saying it dropped what they listed the drop at. also having the car that low and having the lights on the inner sid eof the frame, you must not have much light coming out from underneath.

It's still only a 2.0 DOHC engine-so there wasn't much of a size difference. I did have to make a few adjustments-mainly belts and pullys of course. All though most of my problems were with the harmonic balencer (sp?). I don't think we torqued it down right the first time. lol. It stuck out slightly too far...Not so good for the belts The car being lowered 4" obviously does effect the light. But only the front bar is on the inner sie of the frame-so it's not bad. Plus the LED's really put off a lot of light.
