ok i did that but i still have the idling problem it wont stay crunk and if i press the gas to the floor it goes up to 2 grans and idles back down and dies..Still dont know the problem on that.

Describe in detail what you have done so far and what the symtoms still are.

ONly thing i have done is reset the ecu and the check engine light dont come on anymore.

Did you change the spark plug wires, distributor cap & rotor?

That would be a good way to start. You have to eliminate all possible causes.
