I glued 2 plastic parts behind the seats, seats will come from a Corvette; here a photo, how the interior should look when finished:

Considering I am a total shoebox ('55-'57) fan in real life, I must give you some serious thumbs up on this car, you're doing an awsome job to a timeless classic and it looks great! I can't wait to see this thing finished!

Hi,
update:

I cut a new smaller opening for the engine into the body - here you can see how much putty is on the body.




Here is testfitting of the engine of the Testors Chezoom-kit




Next: making a cover of sheet, new side-panels in the engine compartment to make it look "clean"
