Jammers ( the one's that have been tested to work from what I have seen anyway) usually run somewhere areound 300 and The thing with them is that you have to turn it off once you reach the speed you should be traveling so as to make the officer think that you didn't have anything on but he could not get a grab on your vehicle (from what a few cops told me that happens too) Some jammers look like other things such as cell phones and if they try to use it like a cell phone it give a busy signal and another system I saw gets attached to the front bumper/turn signal assemblys and rear of vehicle. Then you run a toggle switch to the dash/console area. So your able to turn it off when you have to,.
