If you dont have much money, consider these options:
1) save the cash! because hell, if you dont have much to spend, you shouldnt spend it on your civ (I'm in your boat, i dont have much either.) Save it for other things. 2) save up and buy a real cat back exhaust. This gives you more time to think and research exhausts. Dont be cheap. Just my 2 cents...
