Well then most likely you have a bad bearing. Could be a differential or pinion bearing. Did you ever have your pinion seal changed?

i havent done a thing with it except the fluid change and the cover.

Just asked that cause if you or anyone else removed the pinion seal that would require preloading the pinion nut again regardless if anything came out.
