i repect all of your oppininos but SHINEDOWN is EXACTLY what i said Heavy ROCK band, Not heavy metal.

Since my first post they are now commercialised a bit but they still frickin ROCK, 1 good song my butt... 90% of both cd are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

shinedown is pretty good though. theyre alot better than alot of this mainstream emo crap thats all over the radio. the singer is quite talented as well. i thought they did a good job on simple man too.

Yes the singer is very talented, there is not alot of lead vocals as powerful as that guy.
