1PNYBOY: I have the PIAA Platinums and Eurolite fogs. The Platinums are a very clean white like b-b00gie said and the Eurolites are a very clean white also. There is some tint of blue but not much. Anyone that sees them say they are extremely white and bright. Hope that helps.

AT Shiftknob removal

Unless there is a better way than my 1 hour struggling attempt to remove the AT shift knob, my experience is to cut lose the darn thing. Even then required tedious work.

First you need to cut the seam of the leather then completely slice the rubber knob. Then there is a hard rubber screw at the end of the shaft you need to unscrew. Voila, the stock AT shiftknob is competely ruin but you got it out :frog:

Are there better ways?.........

have superwhites H4 and 168's in my p11 since about 2 months. no probs yet. looking nice.

i think i need to re-aim the headlights though, as the TEIN's made the car nose dive a little. the rear was never really that high on the p11's to begin with, so the fender well gap is neutral right now...or even a little lower on the rear than front.

how do you aim the headlights? i noticed a protruding screw off the headlight, is that wat I use? thanx.

Newbie question...what's HID?
These are the white lights that you see on Middle to upper end, Acura, Bmw, Lexus...and many more. The light is an extreamly bright light that emulates daytime light. You can see 2 to 3 times farther and everything that you see will look a lot better, cleaner, and crisper. They do, cost a lot more than regular lights, but should last the life of your car. Once you go to H.I.D or are in a car with HID, you will never want to go back. I dont understand people who don't like HID, there really arent any disadvanages except for price, and if you dont aim them right, you will blind the traffic......HOpe that answers your question, tell me if you need more info. I love HID and will probably get some for my G. :alien: :licker: :flash: :smoka:

I dont think the PIAA plasma's come in 35 watt for the fog light. The H3 bulb for the fog lights are 55 watt from PIAA in the PLasma'a. Has anybody used these on the G20 fog lights. I have the Super Plasma headlights. I am thinking about the 55 watt H3 foglight bulbs, but not sure if the wattage is too much. Anybody have any input on these?

While we're on the same topic, could some body explain to us newbies what the following lightbulb conventions mean?

PIAA 9003 H4 50/60w

My understanding of the above example is as follows:

PIAA = brand name
9003 = bulb number
H4 = ???
60/55 = wattage

The headlight bulb for the G20 is 9003 60/55w, how would I match the lightbulb specification if I decided to purchase aftermarket ones to ensure compatibility. I have seen something like this:

PIAA H4 55/60w = 100/110w Super Plasma with XTRA technology light bulb.

What does that mean? Would this compatible to the G20 headlight bulb?
Please help. Thank you in advance.

I don't know the exact definition of H4, but, I do know that it is a designation to the particular type of bulb. It is also called H4, 9003, HB2.

Those three designations mean the same thing. The P11 uses the H4 type bulb, so anything labeled under H4, 9003, or HB2 would fit.

What up kenchan dawg. That screw is to aim it. The one on the passenger side is to the right of the headlight. The driver side is behind the headlight, but same looking screw.
