Honestly, and please don't take this the wrong way, but those times show plenty of room for improvement. Now considering that was your first time at a track...it's ok. There is a lot to pay attention to, your launch, your RT, the tree, the other guy, the crowd. It can be distracting. Launching and shifting come with practice, as well as lower RTs. But honestly, don't be afraid to beat on your car a bit more...it can take it. That doesn't mean 6k clutch dumps, but don't be scared to launch hard every so often, and take it to redline, shifting that low is hurting you.
Good job though man, keep practicing and you'll be in the 13s before you know it.

Remember though that RT doesnt affect your 1/4 mile. For test and tune nights dont worry about beating the tree,
