QuickSilverEF9 you might want to check the US laws regarding the importing of cars.
As far as I know you have to pay quite high duty on them. So high that its almost not worth importing them, unless they are VERY rare and exotic car. i.e. not a simple Honda Civic. I know if it was easy I would have sold my car to a Yank years ago and bought something much nicer with the profit.

Well this is a rare car..... And screw US law... the JDM engine swaps arent technically legal..

NO but they are a hell of a lot cheaper. I think theres a lot of info on the US customs website, but from memory I believe Duty and handling fee's can work out to be about 40% of the value of the vechile.
