You missed the point...high budget isnt referring to the amount YOU pay for the game. It's referring to the amount that went into making the game. Im willing to bet my ducky underwear that polyphony spent millions on GT4. Forza I'm pretty sure had a good chunk of change dumped into it though. I have yet to play Forza. And if you dont like body kits and bright colors, paint your car black and leave the body alone.

yea Iknow the damage wasn't realistic but you could damage your car, which hitting a wall would really cause, not bouncing off like GT4
