If you let your car set in the snowy weather with an almost empty tank of gas then it tends to build condensation inside the tank and then you end up with water in your gas. The result, frozen lines... I had this same problem once with my Firebird. Just fill it up with a bottle of dry gas and go do donuts in a parking lot or something to slosh it all around in the tank. It worked like a charm for me.
If that doesn't fix it, then I'd put my money on the fuel pump. My friends Z28 did the same thing before the pump died on him. I'd definetly try the dry gas first though.
