If we had something like a tutirol thread, it would stop atleast some of the new people from having to ask simple questions, and would make photoshopping much easier for them.

So do you think some of us more expirenced guys can collate a tutoriol thread?

sarujin
hehe you act like you are a professional LOL :0)

i have alot of tutorials i am writing up and will be posting on my website!!

hey snowboarder (the guy with ferrari in his signature) would you be able to have a thread where ONLY people with websites and tutorials can post?........i dont want these begginer photochoppers to pollute it with inconsistant nonsense...so i figure only those of US whom own a website with tutorials , should be allowed to post tutorial's.

the next tutorials im updating my website with are

Realistic Burnout/Tire smoke
Neon Lights
Perfect carbon fibre hoods
Color Shift paint

that is all for now

hey there mhpspeed! i like your modellings!!

okay so photoshop 6.0-7.0 is what most of us use here to manipulate image's, being a car , person, aircraft, or simply designing graphics.

i have a "trial" version onmy webserver that i could let you "borrow". if you would like to download from me give me a private message and i will setyou up with access to it....you must be familiar with WINRAR as that's how i have it compressed!.........look forward to seei ng some of your first photochops!

ps. here are some tutorials to help you along the way!

It's impossible to make such threads in vbulletin...
You can close a thread and then only moderators can answer to it or open it , you can make announcement that pepole can read , but can't reply to it... you can also make threads sticky , so they stay on top of the page no mather what...

im working on those too, still havent perfected, but they look nice

for the smoke, you make the selection, feather it to about 10px, then add the clouds (this is all on a new layer) then you bright/contrast it so its lighter......

the neon, is a lil harder

the color shift is....um....it needs a lil practice

Well if you guys want i can right a neon light tutorial. As my latest chop (contest 5) has a neon light.

It might also work if we have different people do the same tutoriol. As many people have different ways of doing everything and some newbies might find someway easier.

So if any one wants me to write anything I will.
