I wanted to get the Z55 after hearing yours BlazerLT but none of the midas had any Z55's anymore. And only a few places had any Z33 in. It was either the Z33 or a vortex so i went with the Z33...

Here is a little better recording.
exhaust

I dont know why it gargles so much when it revs down. Its in park and warmed up...

Re: ravin muffler

You might check ebay, occasionally I have seen them on there, but not all that often.

rip one off of a another s10? see if they'll (or you) look elsewhere in US, depending on price, have it shipped or go there (if its close enough) to Midas. Obviusly if your in NY, don't drive to Cali, but you know what I mean! wish you luck, you'll be happy in the end with the sound.

Re: ravin muffler

we went with the Z55 and it sounds great, louder under load.
that 33 will probably get louder the more you drive our 55 did.

is that just for the muffler? or including install? i paid 79.99 for muffler, 20.00 for tubing 150.01 for "custom fabrication".. a long staight tube! maybe i should start charging my boss for "premium stocking"..... I always make straight lines when i stock the shelves. (i'm kinda anal about neatness + organization) well dan, i say if that includes install, eat her out while you're waiting.

Re: ravin muffler

I decided I'd go with Magnaflow after the guy at Midas asked $250.00 CDN for the z55 plus installation and other materials....
