Re: My Subs are HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your speakers should have a + and - wire coming out of them. Take out your stock speakers and unplug them. Then cut off the harness and crimp the connections together. Test them first to find out which wire is + and -.

Re: My Subs are HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I doubt that the boxes the xplods are in will fit inside the stock speaker hole. You'll probably have to take them out. Cut off the factory harness and just use the wires. It won't plug in directly without an adapter.

Re: My Subs are HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok well i got it all installed (not the sonys, not sure whether to just keep them in their boxes or not, cuz i cant get the old speakers out (cant unscrew them cuz i cant lift the rear deck panel)
but ya i got the subs and the amp in this is my old setup ![]() and now my new one ![]() ya i need to re route my wires and stuff, but it was pitch black outside (i used a flood light to wire everything lol) but ya in order for me to route the wires how i want (under the main carpet) id have to move the sub out of the trunk and stuff, too much work so i dunno it works though, how do i set my gains and stuff i dont understand (using this guide http://forum.sounddomain.com/ubb/ult...2;t=030419;p=1 ) for the power and resistance is the resistance the total load? (in my case 4 ohms if i bridge, 2 if i go on each channel i think) or is it for each sub? (dunno how much its at lol) and is the power the total peak of the amp? 1200w in my case, or is it the rms of the bridge, or of each channel? what? heres my bass remote switch i mounted a few days ago ![]() heres my head unit
