Actually, its best to run an OEM filter guys. There is a check valve in there so when the oil pressure is higher, it bypasses the filter all together so that your engine isn't starving for oil. I had an amsoil filter on mine and it seemed to always be decent till I would run it hard then it would smell really hot. I never had that problem with the OEM filter, so back to the OEM it is for me.
