I am going to buy a SR from Unstable-Hybrids (just wouldn't be a SilEighty without a SR20DET ). I'm getting the S13 Silvia Conversion form them as well, and a full Bomex body kit(not from Unstable). I'll Post other mods i plan on doing ie. Engine, suspension, ect. soon as I figure it all out.

Sounds like a good plan. Do you plan on doing the swap yourself or are you going to pay and have it installed?

Yeah I'm going to do the swap myself, it looks to be pretty straight forward and I have a few mechanic friends that will help me out with it.

wth

wth good is a chromed out Flywheel going to do you? no one sees that LMAO.... that'd be like getting the insides of your exaust pipes chromed LMAO......... you get flywheels for lightweight so your engine revs faster, don't get one dipped in heavy chromium...not a wise decision.

Sorry yo but it ain't my fault if cusco chromed it, I'm buying it because it is a lightend flywheel and not because it is chromed!!

why don't you buy one that isn't chromed from another company, Im sure it will be lighter, nothing like a heavy coat of chromium on parts you pay for the lightweight lol... just common sense

Most of the stuff (TKIJ Part #'s) is from Taka Kaira Inc Japan (www.takakaira.com). The rest is from the manufacturers websites.

Thanks for the info SR20DETpower, it never even occured to me that chrome would add to the weight. Could you maybe inform me of a company that sells a better flywheel please .
