Re: websites to drift
Absolute best way to drift, get a go-kart or dune buggy with grip tires on it. Proceed to accelerate until you need to turn then I suggest you turn......OK so your back from the ER already? Anyway as you can see rolling is no fun I've done it a time or two...Now get back in the kart or buggy and learn how to take a corner without rolling it and hopefully keeping it on all fours. Once you can do that start sliding into the corners and snapping back afterwards. When you master this get into your car at an AutoX event or closed road drift run and try it with your car. You can apply some but not all of the things you learned in the buggy in your car obviously the car is going to be different than the buggy but the principle is the same. Or you could just go and drive your car until you get the hang of it and skip the whole buggy thing, that was only in there to persuade you not to try someting that is beyond your abilities. Beleive me if you get into any kind of racing there are going to be accidents and you are going to break alot of stuff but you can avoid some by knowing what your car and you are capable of.

Re: websites to drift
hehe i've had my share of buggy sliding but as i recal it doesn't seem to have helped sliding on asphault at all, first off the steering range is somewhere like 240 degrees so it doesn't give you a good feel of how your going to need to react quickly and steer the wheel well, plus its a buggy you've got too much focused on rolling and sliding takes no skill, if you do want an easy way try the dirt roads, a car that is not powerful enough (the crown vic) is going to work out fine, best would be a big open dirt lot or something plus you can have some fun in doing this stuff
