My buddy go 10HP out of his cav with a full exhaust.( HI-flow header, HI-flow cat, and i think 2.75" piping with a HI-flow muffler Inlet - 2.75" Tip 3.5")

more importantly, how long is he banned for, i dont have a problem with him and some of the stuff he says is pretty good info, but i totally understand why he would have got banned
