i think he was probably scared of losing you, so he was strict an tried to gain full control over you, to stop you leaving. i reckon he did this because part of him told his mind that either you were too good for him or something else. now, when you left he realised that this "strict regeime" in which he wont let you do anything without his persmission hasn't worked, so he had a bit of a mental breakdown. hence all the e-mails.

Any guy who gets pissed off when a girl wont have sex with him need to be kicked in the sack and put in their place.
