ok i reset the ecu and now only code 20 apears. with no check light.

But your code was 20 so troubleshoot your electric load detector. Follow the above Honda-tech link.

doesn't the main relay control the starter more than the fuel or am i wrong?

In my accord it would turn over but not get fuel and then i changed the relay and got fuel. Might be different. Also just give your grounds a check as well.
