its just the laws of physics, a 1.6L non vtec engine wont go fast. Just keep ur car looking nice & clean. Good quality brakes & tires will help a bit with the handling. Theres a trade off for the slowness, amazing gas mileage, I averaged 31 mpg in the summer, no joke.

wtf does physics have to do with it? D series motors just aren't the greatest platform for big power.

hehe not to civic bash, but um..97, you should get some good $..well not GREAT but decent cash for that..

sell, get a new car

payed 5500 for it, thing is i have to stick with it kinda, cuz havin a kid and it's really a family car, but still want to make it nice and decently quick for when i'm not takin the kid somewhere lol ya know
