just got this email yesterday:

Quote:
Greetings Adrian,
The entire kit, consisting of an anodized plate, plate bolts and flywheel is $849US. This is the same kit that has been tested for 4 years on our race CRX, and currently on our Honda Insight. It provides the technology, reliability and price that our race program demands. I am confident that you will love this system.

You would need a custom driverside mount, and 0.5" x 7" strip shaved from the block/pan assembly to allow access for the driverside axle shaft. Depending on your frame, you may need to use an aftermarket crank pulley. You will also be pleased to know that a lighter civic style clutch is all you need, as well. Let me know if we can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in our technology.

Sincerely,
'Bisi Ezerioha

Re: H series transmission adapter plate

I found a company that makes the plate after digging around on honda tech for ever. I am going to call them up tomarow after work. It is a company out of sacramento california called quartersportsdrag. Here is there site http://www.quartersportsdrag.com/ . And here is a link to the plate and spacer http://www.quartersportsdrag.com/H2B.htm . Looks like a good product and on the post that i found the plate on, the guy said that it was good and he has some pictures. Looks good.

Re: Re: H series transmission adapter plate

i hear what you are saying. hear what i'm saying? i'm not saying to go b series. i think you should go the route dano went but be a little smarter about it and build up the internals.

everybody around us is going b series

Re: H series transmission adapter plate

LoL yea Ryan, Cheyenne, Jermy, Zach, and the list goes on forever. Only a few d's but i want to be the h. I am a power freak. Yea i know that i could buy a b16 for so much money and get some good power but no torque. Thats what i like about the h series motor. 30 or so more horse and like 35 more lbs of torque. And i have to pull them two crx's with there motors. I just want to power of the h22 and the gearing of the b series.

Re: H series transmission adapter plate

Yea keep thinking that. Yea i am checkin a bunch of the different importers to see how much i can get for the best price. I had a paper but forgot what i had on it for a total but for a h22 long block, mounts, shift linkage, axles, ys1 tranny, the plate, and the wiring i figure that im into about 4000. But its okay ill be able to get it done in time.
