I'll voice my opinion again. As bad as Hitler was, nobody changed the course of world events to a greater degree then Stalin. The man truely had far reaching affects on the globe well after he was dead. Sure Hitler started the harshest war in the history of mankind, but his affects were not felt as strongly deep into the 1980s and beyond like Stalins were.
