hey aznvirus
Have you found out yet if P11 bumpers work on a P10. Also have you found out the answer on the maroon P10 with P11 bumper. If is the whole P11 bumper or half P10 and half P11. |

Y'know I got around to measuring my bumpers and comparing to Primera man's measurements, plus I'm lookin at the posted pics or the differences.
I thinkit's safe to say the only REAL difference is where the grill and lights are involved. I'm sure it can be fit easy tho. I'm game to try it.

thanks for the good news.
i guess us P10 owners now have better options for body kits. im thinking cutting the original P10 bumper and molding on a P11 bumper would make it a lot easier.

PRIMERA MAN - I can see oil drips on your concrete floor! Hope its not from the Primera!
The only problem I can forsee is having to get new front spot lights that fit the P11 front. The P10 spot lights are bigger and arent the same shape. |

Notice how they have extended the front grille out to take into account the difference between the P10 and P11 as pointed out by Primera Man

Hmmm and by the looks of things the rear P11 bumper was not attempted yet...I wonder how you extend the grill like that?

You guys are half right but all wrong. Yes this is impul bumper for a p11 but it has cut at the moulding line then attached to the p10 o.e. bumper. The side skirt i think are different too! so if the question is can you just install the impul bumper on this p10? The answer is NO. Sorry not without modding! p10s and p11s might have some stuff that are interchangable but not everything.

I think you guys would be a lot better off just buying a after market one. I'm sure there are plenty to pick from and Luke maybe able to come up with something from Japan. Just my 2 cents worth

ahhh so much confusion, i think ill just get the stock primera P11 front bumper and mold it to mine. does anyone have a pic of the stock Primera front bumper, not the g20, but primera. oh ya, and for that picture at the top, i think the grill was pushed outward because of those quad headlights. just my thoughts...

why is there confusion. Azn Virus it is simple. i dont understand why now you talking about modifing a p11 bumper on your car when it doesnt really matter. the p11 bumper is pointless, buddy. i would do the impul bumper cause there is style, carisma and performance, dude! i wish i could get that kit. but folking out 3400+ dollars is alot for me to swallow, besides i whether invest that money in a sr20det from jgy customs. the ghost ryda has spoken: peace

ok guys....
that P10 has the JDM Primera P11 front bumper...not IMPUL nor USDM P11 G20 front bumper. The only thing that's IMPUL on that P10 are the side skirt and the rear...it's the IMPUL 211R (if i remember the number correctly) as for fitting it nicely, a professional bodyshop will tell you that it's hard because the OEM USDM front bumper is made out of urethane or some sort of plastic which is very hard to bondle up...different than fiberglass. they urethane bondle, however, it's very costly. I am sure it can still be done, but just takes time and patience and money. Although it looks nice (i like it a lot!) but i just have a feeling that if you were to work on it, it's gonna be quite tough to make it fit Perfectly. however, i can give you some helpful tip from my bodyshop... find a P10 front bumper and a P11 front bumper. cut the top 1/3 of the P10 FB so the top will match perfectly with the car. (so it fits) then, cut the P11 FB in half horizontally and then cut it vertiacally in half. (since the P11 is a little bit wider than the P10, cutting it half vertically will allow you to trim it down to fit the top 1/3 of the P10 bumper) after you done that, assuming eveyrhting is in good alignment and it doesnt look crooked, buy some bondle that's made FOR the plastic...but make sure to have brackets in the back of the bumper to hold everything first. After the bondle, sand eveyrthing down and make minor adjustment to make it look good and then you can paint it. Theoritcally, these steps are the proper procedure to insure perfect fitment. Shaun, if you are attempting this, take my advise. hopefully it'll come out nice, good luck
