LOL.. yeah, the Opel isn't great in the twisties... those 31x19.5 MT's are a tad loose w/5psi in them! Maybe I would just have to blast down the straights... so long as you don't run over the chute!

LOL

Speaking of sucking... a few years ago I sucked up a bird in the bug eater at 2/3 track, and stuck it wide open! Luckily I built it with a rollbar mount switch-box with fuel / ignition cut offs.... Of course I had to change my race pants afterwarwds!! lol

Yeah if you want a wild ride... the Opel is a handful.... short wheel base, tons of power.. best of 7.87 @ 181mph 1/4....

Yeah, my brother runs an alky funny car w/ the outlaws and it scares him too! lol But to me, he's crazy for running the funny car.. that body comes down and I get nervous! lol

I guess I've owned the Opel since it was original baby banger.. and it's gone through alot of changes... 350 sbc, blown 383sbc, 2x4 454bbc, blown 468bbc, blown 510bbc, and now the blown 572 bbc..... so I really know the car well.. lol
It's fun to take passengers when I can...
