6 speed tranny on a b-series?

yea the noise and... at what constant rpms does it start to get bad for your engine? like cruising at 5000rpms cant be good? or can it?

K series wont bolt upto a B series -- You could custom tranny, but like Rick said get ready to shell otu $10,000... and why bother?

If you want to spend $10,000 more to get a 6th gear... sell your car and buy one that come with 6 The Tiburon has a 6 speed manual, and its under $25k fully loaded with leather and a V6 -- sure its not a Honda but hey its got 6 gears.... or you could just buy that Fast & The Furious Eclipse... its got 8 forward gears :finger:

And this isn't Gran Turismo where you can just change the gears. Best idea would be to get a smaller ratio final drive like 4.0 or something.. which still costs more than its worth.

haha, gran turismo is funny, you can do like 95 in 2nd with the civ type r..stock...

i hit 82 at 4000...we have different tranys..i kept the ls trany when i got the b16a.
