the t-25 is junk to the 14b, it was a turbo that never should have been put on the 2g

The t25 doesnt flow enough air to hit fuel cut, no matter what you do with the boost. I turned the boost up to over 20 psi and it was no faster than 16 psi, on pump gas. Put in a few gallons of race gas and it wnt 5 tenths quicker and 5mph faster with no other changes. So it was knocking on the pump gas obviously.
 14b isnt even in the same league as the T25. Much better turbo, and a great upgrade for 2g cars.
