Re: omg (gas prices)

*this would be very difficult but would work*

We could all end this thing with the gas prices in about a month or less if everyone in the US would join in a boycott of petrolium products.
Everyone just stay away from the pumps for a while and it wont take long for the bastards that are milking the prices to get the message. (and dont go back until the prices come back down to around .79 cents/gallon) It would get in their pockets so deep they would have to do something. Also the government would probably have to rock up off their fat a$$ and do something too because it would essentially put a stop to business and industry when no one shows up for work for a few days. They would finally figure out that "were not gonna take it anymore"
This country was established on a revolt and it looks like that is what it's going to take to get their attention now. Other wise this will continue.
As long as people will pay the price - the price will continue to rise. gripes about it are falling on deaf ears & they are laughing all the way to the bank with our money

Nice..Dream that is your talking about a man that was raised up to be the preisdent and pull off this same plan he is doing now. Bush is in the oil bussiness in another words he makes he money off off these high prices. Not to mention we are stealing oil from iraq

When I worked at a gas station a few years ago, everyone had a gas boycott for one day. We sold damn near twice the gas the day before and everyone was telling me they had to fill up their tank before the gas boycott.

Re: omg (gas prices)

my dad was telling me that when gas went to .36 cents a gallon my grandpa was pissed and said the son of the bitches were robbing him and he would never drive again. how times change

oh, and i read that the latest spike in prices were from "tension" with iran. we wouldnt have any of that if we didnt have a president who in an interview the other day pretty much threatend to attack them if they didnt stop there nuclear program. because of that iran slowed down production. apparently we are allowed to have thousands of nukes but if another country has one we are pissed. the funny thing though is iran has been working on there nuclear program for years and years now. so we have iran that has been working on nukes for years and years, or iraq, who "might" have been trying to buy uranium, but who turns out was not. who would u attack????.

the flowtech headers seem to be working great, i have only had them since may though so not sure about long term quality

I hope your not jokeing about voting third party but if your not than way to go man... more ppl need to vote third party...its not a wasted vote...i believe its a vote saying the other guys suck and you dont want to vote for them. This boycott is a very good idea but the problem with it is ppl are too selfish it would only last until they had to fill up on gas.and like pewter pointed out they still sell just as much just not on the day of the boycott. But it can happen. I think thats its just a little fishy that most of bushes cabinet has ppl that used to work for oil companies. example:condaliesalot rice has a chevron ship named after her.Power to the ppl...Fight the man. thats what made this country what it is....saying were fed up with the way your doing things so change it!
