do you now anyone who put turbo nitrous on anything?the stock fuel pressure about 43psi .adding around 5psi of boost witch adds an extra 30psi of pressure add that to the stock 43psi and your at about 73psi. the max fuel pressure for 91-96 saturns is around 65-75 i think that straining the pump a little dont you think?

Will removing the EGR-Valve really do damage to the engine, my EGR-Valve is going bad on my '95 SC2 DOHC, a mechanic told me that you don't really need to have it on the engine. So now I'm a little confused as to what to do with it, I took it off today and I have it soaking in carb cleaner to see if that will give me a little more life before I have to replace it, money is a little tight right now. The EGR system is designed to cool combustion temperatures by filling the combustion chamber with inert gas from the exhaust stream. If you take it off the combusion tempurature will be higher than it is supposed to be. This can result in long term damage such as Valve seat recession. Its not worth it. You gotta build your own engine and design it yourself before you do something like take the EGR system out. Just a thought for you to enjoy...
