Tried to add air intake duct at the front...




Mold the outline of the front light with epoxy putty...




The most primitive way to make vacuum-form...


After dozens of trials, the result was still not acceptable. Then I tried to combine the two into one...


After another dozens of trials, finally got one pair of glasses...

Question if I may: how did you stop the epoxy putty sticking to teh plastic when you pushed it in from behind? silicon relaese agent or something? thanks.

Huge update... after over 6 months...

Added a small hinge from Sakatsu (http://www.hlj.com/product/SAK3039) with little modification...


Added a very thin "line" around the door and the door frame...


Replaced the cockpit with SMS 956 parts and made the rollcage from plastic rod...


Filled some gaps near the rear suspension...


Made the air-duct (not sure its name) by some left over parts & styrene sheet...



Dry fit the rear suspension and engine...


Test fit the headlights from Seimitsuya (http://www.hlj.com/product/SEM55071)


Remade some parts here & there...


Test the fitting again again & again...


Added more detail to the rear cover...


Corrected the air-duct near the rear wheel. It should be like "-" instead of "T"...
