Re: Re: S2K= Honda S 'Tune'thousand

That front lip looks soo nice The side skirts go well with it, but i think the rear bumper is a little too agressive Hangs a little low for my taste but everything came out very smoooth, you got some skills eddie

White will look fantastic Why not use the MUGEN MF10 wheels provided by Tamiya? Those look soo good on white.

Side skirts are awesome. I think you should sometime make a tutorial on how to make the side skirts. Many people will be benifitted by it!

Re: S2K= Honda S 'Tune'thousand

the quick dry stuff, is that the blue and white mixed together? i can never get the putty to dry hard enough to sand. I can wait a week or 2 to sand it and its still like rubbery. What am I doing wrong?

Wow love the Idea. Lip kits are the best.

Your mixing ratio is all worng. If in doubt add more hardnener. Maybe even your mixing is not thorough enough. Some things to consider....

Eddie,
Thanks for the detailed explanation. The body kit is a double thumbs up! as I am always impressed with scratchbuilding and bodywork. I am toying with the idea of scratchbuilding my own Aston Martin DBR9 (even though I know Renaissance are working on one right now) as I get a great deal of satisfaction from this aspect of the hobby!

Cheers
Nenad

Re: S2K= Honda S 'Tune'thousand

I took the advice and sat on it for awhile. I saw that I really wasn't happy with the back end. So here's version 2.0

Of course, I still need to do alot of sanding/smoothing. But the basic shape should stay the same.
