well i did the swap mid november (couple weeks after that post.) i had some issues getting it running right with the sidedraft carbs but luckily there is a mechanic within trailering distance who knows webers very well and he got me all set. i've put almost 10,000 miles on it since without problems. about 6 weeks ago i got a proper header (the 83/83 even spaced port header, a NOS Hondo header) and threw that on which performs nicely.

currently i am working in a 78 civic wagon which is gong to get this motor once everything else they way i want it with the body and interior.

I don't know how you find the time to get all that done since you last posted.

I saw another thread with a first and second gen wagon, are those yours? Wagons are pretty much long gone here in Ontario, I am sure it will look sweet when it's all done.

yep, those are mine. the first gen is all stripped apart at the moment. that pic was taken shortly after i picked it up.

yes i did, Nov. 2004. sadly Nov. 2005 i wrecked the wagon. i did keep the motor and it currently sits on a stand waiting for me to finish my delayed '78 wagon project.
