is this the same deal with a 98 cav? Tomorrow I'm replacing my front speakers, will I have the same problem?

im having a problem with my window crank as well, when i go to roll my window up and down, that little round thing you grab onto and spin around, it keeps coming off, any suggestions on how to make it stay on?

Not sure, but my advice would be to hit up a junk yard and snag a new one. I got mine and a couple other peices for $5.
