Re: Hard to see out of?
yeah always look local on cars never ebay... you want to be able to examine a car in person... one side might look great but yet the other might be destroyed... then you want to drive it and see if their is any problem... it might look like a showcase car but does it run like one? stuff like if its hard to shift due to a ragged tranny and does it smoke. i mean always look at a car before buying.

Re: Hard to see out of?
I talked with my dad and I think we are going to be able to do the 60k mile tuneup ourselves, so this makes the possibility of owning a 3kgt a little more affordable.
Also, he doesn't like the idea of buying a car of ebay without even seeing it in person. The car on ebay is 5hrs away, plus I would have to drive to look at it, go home and hope I win the bidding, then drive back. I can really understand this, its just not what I was hoping. Now, I am looking at this car: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...g=&max_price=7 It looks good except for in the one picture the leather looks alittle worn. I was hoping for a lower milage car, but I only have about 5k and the ~40k miles higher hopfully won't a HUGE difference in reliability. |
