And you've driven all 3? and have a good basis for comparsion?

All the Elise Drivers I know hate getting the tail out becuase it takes an awful lot to get it back in. Iv only ever seen on ovesteer slide pulled of 3 times in an Elise. 2 were on Lotus promotional videos on a wet track, and the 3rd was at a club track day. The driver spun twice before he managed to pull it off.

Theres one in ChCh, but most of the ones sold here in NZ are in Auckland. I did here that one was going to south of the SI, but dont know where.

There used to be one down here,a yellow one with something like HOTEL on the numberplate causee the owner owned a few hotels

i saw it once when i was like 13 so i wasnt too interested...pity

I've seen two Elises and one Elise Sport in the United States...one even had a California license plate on it.

I've wanted a Caterham Super 7 since the day they came out...an elise wouldn't be too bad though

How old are you?
The original Super 7 was a Lotus 7 biult under license. (lotus sold the license to caterham) so the original Super 7 is in essence the original series 1 Lotus 7, a car far older than most ppl on this forum.

I am talking about the Super 7 JPE by Caterham that came out in '93, not the original lotus. Didn't it come out in the 50s? Anyway, Im 30...you?

Im only 18 now, im guessing it was about 5 years ago so i was probably about 13, i might be a year out on that but not by much
