When I did a 3" body kit on my 89 , I had to also modify the steering shaft angle thru the firewall and I converted to an electric fan instead of the belt driven so I could leave the radiator in place . Battery cables and ground straps and the ECM had to be dropped down on firewall . The instructions did not list these , only said to check frequently while raising the body off the frame .

I saw an early 90's model caprice this morning, with what looked like a 3" body lift and 24" rims......why?

Man when i lived in Ft lauderdale if you went out at night that is all you saw, they had slick paint jobs, not to crazy and on the color combinations but good candy flake paint jobs, and during the day you would see them all at the swap shop getting sound systems, i was in shock the first time too and my though was man that has higher clearance than my jimmy
