oversize drain plug just to make it clear. oil coolent spark plugs and wires. air filter and i think that was it. im going to go through it more in a couple weeks tho.

Add:

PCV valve
Fuel Filter
Cap & Rotor

Oil and coolant are not tuneup items.

You need to change your cap and rotor immediately and also install a new fuel filter.

You don't change the wires and plugs without changing the cap and rotor.

Also, you lugging could be baecause the engine is struggling to get fuel through a plugged fuel filter.
