Probably because it doesn't have the power to overcome drag at that speed...I doubt it's gearing.

130 isnt so bad when you think about the highway I was on.. Its ALL straight, and sometimes you go quite a long time seeing any cars to pass.. even going 130..There isnt much to see, thats for sure.
