where can i get a cheap priced tach adapter? i dont have money for anything autometer right now. i just won a sunpro CP7906 tach on ebay, and it looks like it can only go down to 4cyl.

Looking for some advice on tach installation.
2002 Venture with a 3.4 V6. I have the Sunpro CP7558 tach adapter that is required for DIS ignitions. I'm not sure if I just need to break the Pink + wire on the lead to the coil pack and connect the 2 wires from the adapter. There are 3 on it, Black, Red, and the Green which goes to the Tach itself. The instructions Sunpro has are only for 4 cyl. and their tech line seems to be pretty useless. Any help appreciated.
