That's a longblock. No transmission, ecu, axles, etc.

When he says I can get it all installed for around 1200, and when he's talking on the context of an H22A or a K20, I'm assuming that's what he meant.

P.S. when you go to the link, click on "Honda" in the middle column ( I think it says something like Performance). You'll know what I'm talking about when you got there.

Would anyone recomend Nippon-motors? or Jazzproparts? I am looking at a long block only cause i can get the rest for cheaper than they want for it all.

only company I can vouch for is hmotorsonline, went thorugh em twice so far and engines are always clean and have started up and run great.
