Ok so the radator hose come from the y-pipe to the bov, by the neck u mean the part that is actully long and cylinder at the top? Which goes down the extruding circular part.

Ok, well I'll use the Greddy Type-S for this illustration, just because it doesn't have that stupid metal pipe confusing everyone.



See the thing circled in blue, that is the adaptor, it attaches to the bottom of the BOV, upsidedown from how it is now.

Now see the 2 things circled in green? They are the 2 parts that will attach to intake piping. See how the parts circled in green are metal 'necks'. These are the parts that radiator or intake piping will slide over, and then you clamp down. Hope that allows you to picture how tubing connects to them.

I've installed the Type S, RFL and HKS all the same way... using radiator hose. It's fairly simple once you have the parts.

Got, it and got it installed... was very easy install. The kit would not be necessary to install though. If anybody wants any installed pics or help to get the idea let me know.
