Re: 1991 Silvia SR20DE Mods
Sounds pretty cool, but I am going to say, like 1viadrft you could do a more cost efficient engine swap. Without a doubt, an engine swap or purchasing a turboed silvia w/ trading in the other is going to net much more power than any NA mods you can perform on the existing engine.
Best place to start with any engine is I/H/E. No need to upgrade the MAFS if it isn't maxxing out. You will need something to allow it to work on your car too(Apexi SAFC, Greddy E-manage, ECU tune ect). I would look into cams after I/H/E and then into tuning the fuel system. Look up some info on the engine and see what other people are doing to get power out of thier NA SRs.

Re: 1991 Silvia SR20DE Mods
yeah if i was to go turbo i would get way more power yeah but then again i could get a half cut but then that wouldnt give me everything i woulod need for it to run in the caar and if i was to trade in then i would still need around 5000 extra maybe more to get the new turbo if i could find one whidch was my problem in the first place. so im jsut gonna stay with what ive got i figure it will be a good place to start with proformance engines and racing sinse i have never need abel to mod up any of my cars before due to money probs
