I've never ordered from them, but assuming they're like any other company out there, you would call, talk to the guy a bit to figure out what you want, give them a credit card number and a shipping address and they would ship it to you.

You call the number and they'll redirect you to sales. You tell them what you want and give them your credit/debit info, mailing address, name and a phone number.
Takes about 4 - 8 days. They told me 5-6 days for Fedexto deliver AFTER they processed the order and got the sub to Fedex. It took a total of 4 days. I ordered Wednesday and it went through to Tuesday of the next week (don't count weekend days because nothing happens on those days with Fedex, so it was 4 days).
