You might have a bad windshield seal.

drivers side now draining.

Managed to use high pressure air to blow the drain out down by the door. It now drains behind the drivers side wheel as it should. Time will tell if this will take care of the drivers side leak or not. I have a $500 deductable on glass so Id rather not have to replace the windshield. I've already tried the over the counter sealer. Any help is appreciated!

I know have random leak spots on my windshield. I tried to reseal them myself, to no avail. I just dropped it off for a windshield reseal or replacement. I left it up to them. I will report back on the results.

After replacing the windshield, the upper leaks around the top left and right of the windshield are gone. I don't want to jinks myself, but it appears as though the drivers side mat is steadily drying out. I've been through the carwash, and we've had one night of rain. Tonight will be another night of rain to know for sure.
I was told by the shop that did the replacement, that it's VERY common for Blazers to have leaks in the windshield, ESPECIALLY corners. After they did it, they told me I had openings in the upper left and right corners, bottom left, and bottom center. They told me that theres a lot of flex side to side in the frame of the Blazers and it lifts up. They said they were surprised I didnt hear the windshield flop over bumps.
They used a shitload of sealant on it.
I hope this takes the problem. It seems to have.

floor plug

I have found that after snow/rain, my carpet is still moist to the touch. It's not wet, like before, but damp feeling. As I said before, the windshield replacement cleared up the massive ammount of water I was getting....Can someone explain to me where this plug is on the floorboard that I've heard people have resealed with silicone?
I've looked underneath and can't seem to locate it.
thanks
J

Re: Drivers side floor wet

I would go under your truck and lok for a rotten floorboard.

Re: Drivers side floor wet

And you are "sure" it is new moisture?

How about setting a heater up in there to dry it out so you know for sure.

positive. I actually put a dehumidifier in over night till it was completely dry. It's NOTHING like it was before. In fact, before there was a puddle in the deepest wells that I had to soak up. This is just like a fine mist was sprayed on it for a second. Then dry within a day after it rains
